This service lets a signed-in user connect their own social media accounts (including YouTube) and publish or schedule their own content to those accounts. It powers the publishing features of products such as Ordo and IZI.
When you connect a YouTube channel, we request these Google OAuth scopes:
We do not request access to any other Google data (Gmail, Drive, Contacts, etc.).
We use this access solely to perform the publishing actions you request — uploading the video you selected, at the time you scheduled, to the channel you connected. We never post anything you did not explicitly queue.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not transfer it to third parties except as required to provide the publishing feature you requested (i.e., sending your video to YouTube on your behalf) or as required by law.
OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and used only by our publishing worker to act on your behalf. Tokens are stored in the database of the product you use and are isolated per account.
You can disconnect any account at any time from within the app, which deletes the stored tokens for that account. You can also revoke our access directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions. When you disconnect, we delete the associated credentials.
We do not sell or share your Google user data with third parties. The only outbound transfer is to Google/YouTube itself, to publish the content you asked us to publish.
